Updated on 06/10/2022

ATTENTION EXETER TOWNSHIP PIAA ATHLETES AND PARENTS:

ETSD sports physicals for the ‘18-‘19 Spring Season will be held in the Junior High School on Wednesday February 20, 2019.  Girls report from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, boys from 7:00 – 7:45 pm, others accommodated as needed.  No admittance without completed online registration – cashier will be checking upon entry.  Only report to physicals if this is your first PIAA sport of the school year!!

The deadline for completed senior high online registration AND completed physical paperwork turn-in is February 25, 2019, 7 days prior to the start of the senior high spring season, March 4, 2019.

The deadline for completed junior high online registration AND physical paperwork turn-in is March 11, 2019, 7 days prior to the start of the junior high spring season, March 18, 2019.

All athletes need to complete online registration.  NO exceptions.  Online Registration is DIFFERENT from Sports Sign-ups!  Visit ExeterEagles.org , scroll through Announcements on Right and click on Instructions for NEW Online Registration.  Read them, and click on Online Registration portal on Right side of screen.   See which option you need below:

First PIAA sport of school year – Complete Tab 1, Tab 2, and Tab 3 choosing Sports Registration, print HH and PE forms BEFORE clicking Submit!!!!
Second or Third PIAA sport of school year – review Tabs 1 & 2, then under Tab 3 choose Winter OR Spring Sports Recertification, click all needed boxes and print Sections 7 & 8 (only if injury prevented your athlete from returning to play in that same season) BEFORE clicking Submit!
Recertification yields no papers to turn in UNLESS you need Sections 7 & 8 to be completed by a doctor.

Sports registration yields 2 forms, one you fill out, one for the doctor to fill out – bring to physicals!

Only paperwork with the BigTeams watermark will be accepted, and only after verifying completed online registration.  When you click Submit, a pop-up box will tell you if you have successfully submitted, or if your registration has been “saved as a draft” à that means there is more info to enter, please review and try again until it says, “successfully submitted to Athletics”.

Incomplete online registration OR physical paperwork = No Practice/Play until BOTH are completed

JHS Library will be available for anyone unable to register prior, or whose registration saved instead of submitting.

Activity Fee payments will be accepted at cashier desk (put athlete’s name, sport, grade on memo if paying with a check).  Waiver forms will also be available.

**All physicals turned in after the deadline will be subject to a 24 hour administrative hold!**
