There will be no printing available on site.
All athletes are responsible for uploading their Section 6 to their PlanetHS portal after leaving physicals. All other "forms" should be completed online, not uploaded pictures. Paper copies will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT:
ALL ATHLETES NEED TO REGISTER AT PLANETHS.COM each season BEFORE DEADLINES LISTED BELOW!
This is a new system that has support and help built in! We hope you have a better experience with this. It is mobile phone friendly as well, but does require you to upload a picture of your completed Section 6!
All athletes will need to complete online registration at PLANETHS.COM for each sports season.
NO exceptions.
It is your responsibility to complete and successfully submit this online registration and uploaded forms by the deadline.
Incomplete online registration OR physical paperwork upload = No Practice/Play until BOTH are completed
Go to PlanetHS.com to register & complete.
**All physicals completed online after the deadline will be subject to a 24 hour administrative hold prior to becoming eligible to practice/tryout!**
Address any questions to SCHOOLSUPPORT@PLANETHS.COM
SPRING DEADLINES:

Attention Spring athletes:
Once spring season begins, all patient care will most likely be performed outside in the lower level stadium garage. Please text/call Audrey (610-780-5940) or Sam (610-780-4287) if you need any medical attention. All people must have masks on and sanitize their hands prior to going in the garage.
At Exeter, please know that all treatments, including taping, will be at the sole discretion of the athletic trainers, and will be directly related to the injury currently being treated.
If you or your athlete have an "old" ankle injury that feels better with support, or you'd like to prevent further ankle injury, please purchase a quality lace-up ankle brace. They have been proven to be more effective than tape, but more so when used in conjunction with low-top cleats!!
Please note our new Parent Information handout is also available under Files and Links. Let us know if you have any questions after reading the information - we're happy to get feedback!
Athletic Training news:
Parents - if your son or daughter sees a physician for an injury or condition during their sports season, a note from that doctor needs to be given to Audrey, Sam, or the main office as soon as possible. No exceptions will be made, no athlete will be allowed to play without a physician's note.
Impact baseline testing is now offered in the comfort of your own home!. Contact Audrey or Sam if you'd like your child to have a baseline test for future use. See "Files & Links" section for the permission slip that you MUST turn in to initiate the link email that allows you to take the test on your own computer. No distractions should be present during testing.
Parents - please help us to help your children to take care of their bodies as though they are finely tuned machines. All athletes should be focusing on drinking water all day long, getting plenty of sleep (8 hours or more!), eating good foods regularly, stretching and icing while at home, and making good decisions about their bodies.
Cups are no longer available from the athletic training department - please make sure your son/daughter brings their own bottle to practice. Bottles are available from the athletic department, all the athlete must do is request one.
Most injuries require strengthening to get better and to avoid future re-injury. Stretching is NOT strengthening and is not enough to avoid re-injury in most cases. Please discuss this difference with your children - it's a common misconception. We at ESMP believe strongly that most conditions and injuries can be resolved completely with a little dedication and effort on the part of the athlete - there is no such thing as a 9th grader with "bad knees" (in most cases!!), just an athlete with a muscular imbalance that can be corrected!!! See your athletic trainer for details on how to avoid the same body part hurting every season - preseason is a great time to start rehabilitation to come at the season strong!! We are here to help you!!
